Brokered by Keller Williams Realty Integrity NW (MN) · Keller Williams Realty Portland Central (OR, WA)

National reach

Fifty states. One relationship.

We transact nationwide through cooperating-broker relationships and a vetted network of locally licensed partners, in compliance with each state’s licensing and portability requirements.

How we work in each state

One point of contact. Local compliance everywhere.

In Minnesota, Oregon and Washington

We hold broker licenses in each of these states and work the transaction directly, through Keller Williams Realty Integrity NW in Minnesota and Keller Williams Realty Portland Central in Oregon and Washington.

Where state law permits co-brokerage

We work the deal directly alongside a licensed local broker. These states set their own conditions: a written cooperation agreement, a filing with the state commission, local broker supervision, and in many cases a limit to commercial property. We meet them before any work begins.

Where state law requires full local licensure

We place the deal with a vetted, licensed partner from our national broker network. That partner performs the licensed work in the state, and we remain your single point of contact throughout.

Built for multi-state buyers

One engagement. One point of contact. One point of accountability.

A corporate buyer working across a dozen markets usually ends up managing a dozen brokers, each with its own agreement, its own reporting and its own read of the criteria. We replace that with a single national relationship, coast to coast.

  1. One buyer file

Your criteria are documented once and applied in every market you are buying in.

  2. One sourcing effort

We contact owners in every target market directly and report back through one pipeline.

  3. Local licensing in place

For each deal, we confirm what that state requires and put the right licensed broker in place.

  4. One accountable lead

Your MHT Commercial contact stays with you from first call to closing, in every state.

Plain terms

What our national reach is, and what it is not.

MHT Commercial’s broker licenses are held in Minnesota, Oregon and Washington only. We are not licensed in all 50 states, and we do not practice independently in any state where we do not hold a license.

Everywhere else, every transaction runs through a broker licensed in that state, in the form that state’s law allows. Sometimes that means a formal co-brokerage arrangement. Sometimes it means a referral to a licensed partner who handles the licensed work. Either way, you have one relationship and one point of contact.

See each state’s statute and rules on our compliance page.
