How did you find me?
We identify property owners through public property and ownership records. We reach out because a buyer we work with is looking for property like yours, or because your property fits the kinds of buyers we represent.
If your property is currently listed with a broker, please disregard our letter.
Does a conversation commit me to anything?
No. A conversation is free and carries no obligation. Many owners simply want to know what their property is worth and who would buy it.
Will you tell me who the buyer is?
Buyer identities stay confidential until the buyer decides to proceed. You will always see the actual terms being offered before you decide anything.
My property is not in Minnesota, Oregon or Washington. Can you still help?
Yes. We work nationwide through cooperating brokers and licensed local partners, as each state’s law requires, and you keep one point of contact. Here is how that works.
What if a public listing makes more sense for my property?
Then we will tell you. Some properties are better served by a traditional listing, and our team and nationwide partner network can handle that for you.
